New Speed & Agility Training Guide Showcases New Training Tools

The guidebook is targeted towards athletes, coaches, and parents of active youth, who seek out additional training methods for speed & agility.
The centerpiece of the book is the Rocket Feet Trainer, which is a unique training device, best described as a 'hurdle ladder'. Currently, athletes & coaches can implement items such as agility footwork ladders and 6" hurdles into their training programs. The Rocket Feet Trainer was created out of PVC pipe, arranged with the everyday supplies available at most home improvement stores. Rick Karboviak, President & Head of Sports Development for Total Improvement Performance, first created the device for use in his training of athletes. Instead of seeking out a supplier to create & manufacture the device, Rick decided to create a how-to manual, teaching coaches & athletes how they can make the device for very little cost, and save them hundreds of dollars in comparison to similar training products on the market. Karboviak came from a small, rural high school background, and knows the limitations that many coaches and athletes have in their training equipment needs. After realizing how little each tool could be made for, and how much a coach or athlete could save, he decided to create the booklet.
Other products that Rick showcases in the manual are the Rocket Hopper, resembling a hopscotch pattern, as well as instructions on how to make 24" to 36" adjustable hurdles, for literally pennies by the foot. Since the items are made out of traditional 1/2" PVC cold water pipe, the items are easily accessible and can be easily replaced if accidentally broken.
Complete exercise descriptions and sample training programs are given as well, to aid the coaches & athletes on how to use the items for maximum development.
